Here is a little information about our warranty, first of all our warranty covers workmanship and materials: excluding abuse, vandalism, normal wear, normal fading, failure of previous coatings and natural disaster. Our warranty terms are written on an individual baisis based on substrate, conditions, environment, and exposure, We utilize only manufacturers best products on each job, and carefuly select the proper coating, our work cost a little more than most other painting contractors, but the value, looks, and life of our paint jobs far exceed other painting contractors, and we have the confidence to back it up.

Something that you should avoid is a painting company that does not offer their own warranty, but instead states that the paint manufacturer warranties the paint. As in Sherwin Williams 20 year warranty, it sounds good but, the way it actually works is like this: the paint warranty is pro rata so a 20 year warranted product that fails after 5 years will equil Sherwin Williams selling you the paint to fix it yourself at a discount of 75% off current retail price, plus adjusted inflation (about 5% anual) so in essence you just bought replacement paint to fix your home or business for a little more per gallon than a contractor could walk in and buy it for. Sherwin Williams does make excellent products, and we use them ourselves, but we are meticulous about preparation, and proper application, and therefore we have the confidence to offer our own warranty, without proper preparation, a strong knowledge of coatings, and proper application any product can and will fail. We maintain a strong working relationship with the major paint manufacturers including Kelly Moore, ICI, Benjamin Moore, and Sherwin Williams and they back us up on the warranties that we write.
